We like to agree with the sentiments of Steve Krug (see the resources section):

"...most people are going to spend far less time looking at the pages we design than we'd like to think.

...web pages...have to work most of their magic at a glance."

Our customers may not always agree with us on this point at first. It's rare though to find a dissenting opinion once the most complex of design requirements have been translated by our designers into simple, easy to use interfaces.
